Covid Safe Purchase
In the unfortunate circumstance that either: a performer is unable to perform at the photographed rehearsal/performance, due to covid illness or isolation, the related order for the performer is eligible to be refunded within 48 hrs notice of the production.
If Burke Photography is unable to photograph due to covid illness or isolation, and is unable to find a suitable replacement photographer, all orders affected will be refunded.

Photographs are bought under a personal licence, outlined below.
Photographer (“Burke Photography”) grants you a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use licence to download and copy the accompanying image(s) (“Media”) subject to the following restrictions:
This licence is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media  and intended for display on personal websites, computers and prints for home use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising. The Media may not be resold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Burke Photography.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied. The Media are provided “as is”.
Burke Photography will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this licence or buyer’s use of the Media.

Burke Photography does not guarantee any solo performance photographs. Due to nature of different staging, lighting, special effects and photos captured during dress rehearsals and/or performances images may very.

All orders are non-refundable except under Covid Safe Purchase and when applicable under consumer law.
